Please note that this heart is being discontinued so is only available whilst stocks last. This small tag is a perfect addition to a gift or card for a newly married couple, each heart measures approx 5.5cm x 5cm and is available in 3 different colours. Each piece is made by us, we hand roll, stamp and cut each piece. It is then fired and then hand glazed before being fired again.
