Our Personalised Pet Memorial hearts are bar far our most requested Personalised item, we are huge animal lovers so whilst we are so sad when an order comes in we also know that our customers find comfort in these beautiful memory hearts. Each one measures 10cm x 9cm and features a Rainbow and a Paw, simply let us know the name of the Pet you would like and the colour of the glaze and it will be made and sent out. Please note that each one can take up to 3 weeks to make and our order books for personalised items will close on the 1st of November.
